Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy:

- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

- Shipping Time: Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your location.

- Delivery Partners: We ship via trusted logistics services such as India Post, DTDC, Delhivery, etc.

- Tracking: You will receive a tracking ID via SMS/WhatsApp/email once your order is shipped.

- Shipping Charges: Flat shipping charge of Rs. 60 is applicable on all orders. Free shipping on orders above Rs. 599.

 

Return & Replacement Policy:

At Triple Four, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless:

- You received the wrong product, or

- The product arrived damaged or leaked during shipping.

To be eligible for a replacement:

1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

2. Share unboxing video or clear images of the damaged/wrong item.

3. Product must be unused and in its original packaging.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

All products are non-returnable once delivered correctly and in good condition. This includes:

- Fragrance oils and attars
- Personal care items
- Custom or discounted orders
